1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the ak8 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services. This document takes effect as soon as you complete account registration or begin using any ak8 service.

AK8 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to notify registered users via email or in-platform notification when significant changes are made. It remains the user's responsibility to review the latest Terms and Conditions.

Continued use of the ak8 platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you have the right to close your account and discontinue use of the platform.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use ak8 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• You must be an individual who is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You are not on any list of persons prohibited from using online gambling services.

3 Account Registration and User Responsibilities

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the Deposit page of the AK8 platform. Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes of payment confirmation. AK8 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 business hours after all security checks have been completed. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified in your own name. ak8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method where possible.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting ak8's support team. Before closure, please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible balances from your account. Unclaimed balances within 90 days after account closure may be subject to the applicable forfeiture policy.

• All bonuses and promotional credits will be immediately forfeited upon account closure.
• Legitimate balance withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures once all checks are completed.
• Accounts closed due to fraud are not eligible for any withdrawal.
